Transitioning from the corporate world, Jeff plunged into public service, stepping into the role of Chief of Staff to a member of the New York City Council. Here, his aptitude for legislative affairs came to the fore, resulting in the successful passage of comprehensive environmental legislation and productive negotiations with the Mayor's office on behalf of the Chair of the Committee on Environmental Protection.
Now a seasoned political strategist and a respected authority in government and community relations, Jeff has utilized his expertise in legislative, budgetary, and zoning matters across numerous leadership roles. As Managing Partner at Capitol Consulting, his strategic acumen has catalyzed significant legislative victories, including the passing of landmark healthcare legislation.
